Just payed £11.99 London To Tallinn that's insane my cheapest was £17 Birmingham to Poland but I'm well happy with that.
Wizz Air gets a lot of hate but the countries they fly 2 are just insane

And last but no means least Albania. I will have to get some connecting flights but that's really impressive routes.

I flew to Brussels (return) Manchester for £5 about 5 years ago for my first solo trip. I've done I'd say at least 10 flights under £10 too.

Pretty sure 10 usd flights are very common in the EU with companies like ryanair and easy jet.
